Our initial pricing is based on the architectural drawings, ensuring consistency and fairness. As specifications and finishes are finalised, we refine the cost plan to reflect your exact requirements.

We present a clear and structured proposal outlining:

 We stand behind our work long after the dust has settled. Every project includes a 6-month defects period in line with our building contracts, so if anything arises due to workmanship or materials, we will return and put it right at no cost. As members of the Federation of Master Builders, we operate under their Code of Conduct and provide all relevant certifications, approvals and manufacturer warranties at completion.
