 Conversion of existing commercial office space within Glanvilles Mill Shopping Centre into four high-quality residential apartments. The project involved extensive internal strip-out, structural alterations, and full reconfiguration of the building layout to create modern, compliant living spaces.

Works included formation of new openings, installation of roof windows and AOV smoke ventilation systems, upgraded insulation and acoustic construction, and complete mechanical and electrical installations throughout. The development also incorporated new kitchens, bathrooms, fire safety systems, and energy performance improvements to meet current residential standards.

Delivered within a live town-centre environment, the project required careful planning, coordination of trades, and phased construction to minimise disruption while achieving a high-quality residential conversion.

The project involved demolition of existing external structures, new drainage installations, foundations and substructure works, followed by construction of insulated cavity walls and structural steel openings to create large glazed connections to the garden.

Works included new concrete floors and screeds, flat roof construction with Bauder single-ply roofing system, installation of high-performance windows and sliding doors, and completion of external finishes including through-colour render and rainwater systems.

The extensions were delivered as a superstructure and external envelope package, creating a modern, energy-efficient addition ready for internal fit-out.
