Nestled in the countryside, the house is designed to be their peaceful retreat—combining the charm of rural life with modern comforts. It's the perfect place to relax, enjoy the fruits of their labour, and make the most of their golden years surrounded by nature. 

 An old fish and chip resturant in Torquay is being transformed into two modern, stylish homes. This unique conversion blends the area's coastal charm with contemporary design, breathing new life into the historic building. Each home will feature sleek, modern interiors while retaining elements of the original character, offering residents a fresh and vibrant living space in the heart of this seaside town.
